Annual reports and Transformation Plans
The Cancer Alliance produces Annual Reports and Transformation Plans on its work, which are authorised by its Board.
Annual Reports catalogue the many projects and programmes that the Cancer Alliance has developed over the previous 12 months in our aim to ensure better cancer services, better cancer care and better cancer outcomes across Cheshire and Merseyside.
Transformation Plans outline the Cancer Alliance’s planned initiatives over the coming year, which includes individual Programme Plans for our many workstreams. These plans also contain Data Packs for all nine Place geographies across the system with information on cancer in each area, including cancer incidence, mortality, early diagnosis statistics and deprivation indices.
