Cancer Research UK is looking for people with lung cancer – or people who care for them – to join focus groups that can help shape healthcare practices.

The volunteers would join two discussion groups which will meet next month to talk about experiences of people with lung cancer accessing services to diagnose and treat their condition.

CRUK is looking for people from all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds with experience of lung cancer, either personally or through a loved one. They would particularly like to hear from people who have been affected by lung cancer yet live some recognised distance from a designated specialist lung centre to ensure their views are represented.

Location: Online virtual focus group/panel meeting

Time commitment: The focus group will be 2 to 2.5 hours long. On 27th September for those who have received a lung cancer diagnosis and 28th September for those who have supported someone with lung cancer diagnosis.

Payment and expenses: CRUK offers a £50 payment to attendees.

Closing date: Tuesday, August 30th, 2022
