Bolton Cancer Voices gives people living with cancer a place to appreciate music and bring them together in song.

Worldwide Cancer Research Fund has highlighted the group in its latest blog, interviewing founder Karen Elliot about why she created Bolton Cancer in 2012.

Inspired partly by the BBC series The Choir, Karen wanted help people with cancer and believed in the uplifting power of communal singing to support cancer patients.
